This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made from Movea Lifestyle LLC (შპს მოვეა ლაიფსტაილ) through our online store.
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law, including the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights.
1. STATUTORY 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For eligible online purchases where Georgian consumer protection law applies, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
For the purchase of goods, the 14-day period generally begins when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must inform Movea Lifestyle LLC of your decision to withdraw within the applicable 14-day period by sending a clear statement to:

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods without undue delay and, where Georgian law applies, no later than 7 calendar days after notifying us, unless we have offered to collect the goods.
2. Inspection of goods during the statutory withdrawal period
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is not subject to the conditions of our voluntary 30-day return policy described below.
During the statutory withdrawal period, you may inspect and handle the product to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
You are therefore not automatically denied your statutory right of withdrawal merely because the product has been removed from its packaging, tried on, or reasonably inspected.
However, if the product has been handled or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in the value of the product, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Such excessive handling does not automatically result in refusal of the return.
3. COST OF RETURN UNDER THE STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Where you exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible only for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided that Movea Lifestyle LLC informed you before the conclusion of the contract that you would be responsible for this cost.
If Movea Lifestyle LLC agreed to bear the return cost, or if we did not inform you before the conclusion of the contract that the direct return cost would be your responsibility, Movea Lifestyle LLC will bear that cost in accordance with applicable law.
This does not apply to costs associated with defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods where such costs must be borne by Movea Lifestyle LLC under applicable law.
4. REFUNDS UNDER THE STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Where you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, Movea Lifestyle LLC will reimburse all payments required to be reimbursed under applicable law, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable.
If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to reimburse the additional delivery cost to the extent permitted by law.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
For sales contracts, we may withhold reimbursement until:

we have received the returned goods; or
-
you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back,
whichever occurs first, unless Movea Lifestyle LLC has offered to collect the goods.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree to another method and you do not incur additional charges as a result.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time after the refund has been issued by Movea Lifestyle LLC.
5. EXCEPTIONS TO THE STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances where an exception is provided by applicable law.
Such exceptions may include, where legally applicable:

goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;

goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene; and
-
other goods or services specifically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law.
An exception will only be applied where the legal requirements for that exception are satisfied.

VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
6. ADDITIONAL 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD
In addition to your statutory rights, Movea Lifestyle LLC voluntarily offers a 30-day return period for eligible products.
This means that you may request a voluntary return within 30 days after receiving your item, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
This voluntary 30-day return policy is separate from, and does not replace or restrict, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described above.
In particular, the eligibility requirements below apply to our additional voluntary 30-day return policy only. They do not restrict your ability to exercise any statutory right of withdrawal available to you under applicable law.
7. CONDITIONS FOR VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURNS
To qualify for a return under the additional voluntary 30-day return policy, the item must be:

unused;

unwashed;

in the same condition in which you received it;

with all original tags attached; and
-
in its original packaging, where reasonably applicable.
You must also provide your receipt, order confirmation, or other reasonable proof of purchase.
These conditions apply only to the voluntary 30-day return policy and must not be interpreted as limiting your statutory 14-day withdrawal rights or any other mandatory consumer rights.

9. COSTS OF VOLUNTARY RETURNS
For change-of-mind returns made under our additional voluntary 30-day return policy, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless Movea Lifestyle LLC expressly agrees otherwise.
Original delivery charges are not refundable under the additional voluntary 30-day return policy unless otherwise stated by us or required by applicable law.
This section does not affect any reimbursement of delivery costs required when you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.
10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order after receiving it.
If an item is defective, damaged, does not conform to the contract, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:
Returns involving defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods are not limited by the conditions of our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return policy.
Where goods are defective or do not conform to the contract, you may exercise the remedies available under applicable law.
Where Georgian consumer law applies, this may include the right to request repair or replacement free of charge in accordance with applicable law and, where the applicable legal conditions are satisfied, an appropriate reduction in price or withdrawal from the contract.
Costs that Movea Lifestyle LLC is legally required to bear in connection with defective or non-conforming goods will not be charged to the consumer.
11. SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Sale and promotional items remain subject to all mandatory consumer rights applicable to the purchase.
Any restriction on an additional voluntary return right for sale or promotional items does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal or rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods where those rights apply.
Where a different voluntary return condition applies to a particular promotional item, this will be communicated to you where appropriate.
12. GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are generally not eligible for return under our additional voluntary 30-day return policy.
This does not exclude any mandatory right that may apply under applicable law.
13. EXCHANGES
If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please contact us at info@movealifestyle.com.
Where appropriate, we may ask you to return the original item and place a separate order for the replacement.
Nothing in this exchange procedure limits any statutory remedies available for defective or non-conforming goods.
14. REFUNDS UNDER THE VOLUNTARY 30-DAY POLICY
Once we receive and inspect an item returned under our voluntary 30-day return policy, we will notify you whether the voluntary return has been accepted.
If accepted, the eligible purchase amount will be refunded to the applicable payment method.
Any original delivery charges or return costs will be treated in accordance with the terms of the voluntary return policy above and applicable law.
After Movea Lifestyle LLC issues a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the funds in your account.
