For deliveries within Georgia, Movea Lifestyle LLC currently uses Rush.ge as its courier and delivery service provider.

International Delivery

Movea Lifestyle LLC currently offers international delivery to selected markets, including:

United Arab Emirates: approximately 5-8 business days after dispatch.

Armenia: approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Azerbaijan: approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

Where delivery is arranged by Movea Lifestyle LLC, including through a courier used or offered by us, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods remains with Movea Lifestyle LLC until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

If you independently commission a carrier that was not offered by Movea Lifestyle LLC, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes in accordance with applicable law when the goods are delivered to that carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible at info@movealifestyle.com with your order number and relevant details so that we can investigate and provide any remedy required under applicable law.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable Georgian law.
